I have no graphic talent... but two ideas (that maybe someone can execute):
- A 2 color license plate (blue and "traffic sign" yellow): "Illinois, Land of Lincoln" at the top, a simple bike on the left, "Share the road" in the bottom line.
- A design that incorporates a picture of Frances Willard riding a bike?

Ha, Bike Chick! Your talent sounds about as much as mine! Virginia has them, but I wish they were jazzier somehow. Residents got to vote on several designs but I don't know how they came up with them.
