On a positive note, I had my dr. appt. this morning. From 7 months ago to today, I've gone from 33% Body Fat to 24%![]()
And from 30% muscle to 37% muscle
Doc said if I keep doing what I'm doing, I should be down to our goal of 20% BF and 40+% muscle by early spring![]()
