I have something almost identical (perhaps slightly slinkier) that I bought at American Apparel a few years ago. It's a fab, versatile thing to have in the summertime.![]()

There are a bazillion ways to wear it (not just the 3 pictured) and if you read all the comments you can learn a few as people describe how to do different things.
As a dress you can put the elastic panel in the back, put it in the front, cross the straps, twist the straps, tie knots here and there, pull it high, pull it low, etc etc. Small boobs, big boobs, it's all good. Since the straps end at the elastic panel, you can cure gaps with strategic tugs and twists.
As a skirt, you can again put the elastic in front or in back, fold it over or leave it flat, wrap the straps as a belt once for long and dangly strap-ends, or twice for short and demure strap-ends, or tuck them up under the folded elastic for no strap-ends at all.
It even has an itty-bitty pocket on one seam.
This skirt/dress is kind of like a pareo for klutzes.![]()

well, Beth, there's probably 2 weeks in Seattle that you can wear that thing. I bought a sleeveless blouse and haven't worn it yet. :-(

I'm in San Francisco right now, and I've been wearing the Super 3-in-1 Skirt as a dress a couple different ways. It's been so hot, and the dress is soooooo comfy. Back in Seattle I'll probably wear it more as a long skirt. It's very cute as a skirt, too.

What a cool (literally!) idea! It looks super cute!
I'm not so lean and mean, but I am large and in charge!

Makes me wish my flab-reduction plan was working, as I'd love to be able to wear it. Maybe next summer.
