Quick comment, I am your height and long legged, short torsoed, and those sizes all sound way too big. My best fit stock bike is a cervelo RS 48cm. With long legs, having a slack seat tube angle is critical, and its the only bike I found that has a 73 degree STA and that I could be fit on. I believe I even saw an 2008 NOS frame on sale at comp cyclist a while back, not sure if its still there though.
