Saw her 15 years ago at the Palao Solari (sp?) theater in Santa Fe. Amazing in concert. She had a band with her, but had to play solo because it's an outdoor theater, it was pouring rain, and the overhang over the stage wasn't working. So, after about an hour of waiting, she came out on the stage with a guitar and a microphone and said that hopefully the microphone was sufficiently shielded, but no other electricity/instruments were going to be allowed on the stage.
She was amazing. I'm almost glad for the rain, we in the audience totally didn't notice getting rained on as soon as she opened her mouth!
