Last October I weight 180 pounds, who would have figuredI am very busy tomorrow so we will make this my official weight this week. Part of tomorrow includes a 65 mile ride, and I don't want to report a lower weight just because of needing hydration.
I really do not want to lose any more weight. I am a little concerned that if I lose much more that it will affect performance on my bike. I will likely continue in the next challenge to help me maintain/keep an eye on things.
