Woooot! I have reached my goal!

    130.6 pounds

Last October I weight 180 pounds, who would have figured I am very busy tomorrow so we will make this my official weight this week. Part of tomorrow includes a 65 mile ride, and I don't want to report a lower weight just because of needing hydration.

I really do not want to lose any more weight. I am a little concerned that if I lose much more that it will affect performance on my bike. I will likely continue in the next challenge to help me maintain/keep an eye on things.

oh my! that is awesome! When I was a teen, racing... I actually became too thin to race well. The bigger girls has me on the hills. I went from being the best to... well... a victim of my own weight issues.

AWESOME, CATRIN!!! 50 pounds in 10 months! When you break it down to 5 pounds a month, it doesn't seem too daunting. That's a very healthy pace to lose the weight.

    Congratulations!!

I have started to lose weight again, was at a plateau for a few months. Am trying to figure out how to fuel my body for endurance to assure that I've the calories I need without eating too much. I've been in weight-loss mode for long enough that it is really hard for me to eat more than 1500 calories on a non-long-ride day - but I think I need to in order to stabilize my weight.

Thanks for the congratulations - a short year ago I didn't dream that I would ever see this weight again

Catrin- way to go! You have done amazing things in the last year.

Good luck on managing your maintenance weight- it is always a little confusing.
