I gotta find/build a bar.... then I'm in.I don't go to the gym often enough to do 'em there.
How much harder would they be on a suspended bar, do you think, than on a stable platform? Easiest way would be for me to hang a bar from the garage joists.
It annoys me that it says right on the front page that a pull-up is defined as hands pronated, then the logo has a guy with hands supinated.![]()
