    8.2 miles of mountain biking, on my own! I usually do not ride alone so it was an accomplishment to have the confidence to do so. I have been really struggling mentally with a lot of problems so to have a good day was helpful on many levels.

    eh, 50. I was supposed to be 120mi but the weather forecast changed this morning to rain, so we shortened our ride (and got soaked to the bone anyway). Sad to have shortened the ride, but there will be plenty more days in the near future to get in miles.

    71 miles today...82 miles yesterday. I usually don't keep track of how long it takes...other than that we leave at 6am and try to be home by 12 noon. Today we got home by 11:15...yesterday we were home by 11:45.

    Are we going to have 2 threads that discuss daily rides?
    I know that we haven't had lots of "date--ride" threads, but we *do* have quite a few posters for the weekends, at least.
