I have NOT been running this summer hardly at all. I just moved to a new state and I want to get back with my running. I have been riding with new groups/people here and that was pushing me out of my comfort zone. I'm not good at change but I'm working on it. I still want to push out of my comfort zone yet a little more and start running again..... help I need somewhere to start.

Winding, just put those shoes on and go. Doesn't matter how far or fast, just do it (omg I sound like a Nike commercial)

Just finished 3 miles. I set my Garmin to show average pace and pushed myself keep it under 11mm pace. I so want to get faster and want to run a respectable 10mm. I was able to keep it under 11mm for 2.5 miles but the last half mile kicked my butt. I was a noodle. It felt good though.
