I can't believe I am so excited over an old second hand exercise bike! Only two hours to go and I can go and collect it.

Happiness is spending a few days in a tiny, completely flat, bike friendly coastal town enjoying the marine air and playing in the water - freezing btw - even though it was overcast the whole time we were there.

Happiness is, also, showering after a long drive home with sand goddess knows where and snuggling up on the couch to read a book in the quiet of my own home. Ahh....

Changing my own flat so I could go mountain bike - alone! DH normally takes pity and changes them but I was at the trail alone so I had to do it myself. It held the whole ride, I felt so accomplished.

Being with my family and so many, many other things too numerous to mention...but my family is my favorite "happiness-bringer"
