I'm still working on the perfect fit and my elbows have been hurting from me leaning on my arms too much when I ride. I keep my elbows bent, but my triceps are so tight that I'm still not relexed. Well, I've started training for a tri and my elbows are sore after swimming too. Is it possible that the elbow pain is just from working my triceps more than they are accusomed to?
