Don't worry--I'll be posting a picture of my bee-you-tee-full new shoes on my old-lady feet!
OK--I went to the bike shop in the next town that carries SIDIs and found that a 40 was the right size. Oh, my! They felt like putting a glove on my feet--at that price they should! Anyway the fellow assured me that the Genius (which was all they had) would fit exactly like the Doms. They are ordered! My husband has to be in Walla Walla (where the shop is) and will be able to pick them up for me. I've very carefully instructed the people at the shop to NOT put a receipt in the shoes. I want him to think they cost me about $50--what does he know!!!! He probably wouldn't care that much; I just don't want to hear about it.....for like years..........Can't wait to get those babies! Thanks for all the suggestions and advice, y'all.
He is correct. Everything the same except the sole. You will now be equipped to mail order more in other colors.Originally Posted by Aint Doody

I got 'em, I got 'em, I got 'em!!!! Woo-hoo!! Oh, my, they're even more beautiful in person than in a picture. My stepson said that if anybody hit me, it would definitely be their fault--they could surely see the shoes! (Another non-cyclist!) And the fit is incredible. Of course, it took me a few minutes to figure out how to loosen that big strap! But I got it now! I gotta get the cleats on these babies and head out the door.....Ding bust--it's still rainin' and it's dark. Maybe I'll just click the heels together and end up in Kansas or someplace!
