This is such great advice. I get a rush from the speed - not so much on turns - but I've gone about 37mph downhill and love it. So true how fast the ground comes at you.
Best advice I've heard so far is to put your eyes where you want your bike to go. How many times starting out I looked at a rock or a pothole and damned if every time I hit the darned thing. It's actually tough to look away from what you don't want to hit. But, it works! You automatically make slight shifts in your body weight when you're looking elsewhere.
