    Two weeks in a row of solid fat loss (I take body fat measurements too, so I know that this is pretty much ALL fat)! I guess that not missing any workouts and eating on plan really works, right? Actually, it'll take another couple of weeks with this kind of performance for me to believe that my body truly has moved out of the dark ages (caused by synthetic hormones). I'm pleased with my progress though!
