52 kms. Today was very bright blue, sunny day. Just gorgeous. I was ready to fade at 40 kms. for not eating during the ride. But no worries, as planned we stopped for a snack and container of fresh raspberries which are plentiful right now in our area.

Odd thing about my ride yesterday - while I saw other cyclists not one of them had a helmet on
Several of them were on expensive road bikes with full kit - but yet no helmet. Strange.
