No advice - I just finished my first tri (sprint) less than three hours ago and am way too sleep-deprived for anything - but if I could do it, so can you.![]()



I'm hoping for some tips for training - how you find the time; other than just biking, swimming, and running as often as possible, is there anything else to include in training? Any tips or hints would be appreciated
