I made these as a dessert while camping at the North Rim. They are in my camping recipe book. We weren't terribly impressed and I used the same chips I use in my chocolate chip cookie - Guittard - so it wasn't the quality of the chocolate. I guess we just didn't like cooked, smooshed banana with chocolate, prefer it with caramel like in Bananas Foster French Toast! Another recipe from my camp cooking book.
