DH and I have the Bicycling one. It's thorough, and has lots of pictures (a must for me!). I also use the Park Tool website and Shimano's service instructions.

I have that one and it's really thorough, with great pictures.. I also refer to the park tool website a LOT.. it's not only helpful for seeing what to do, but which special tools you might need as well

Youtube is a great resource, too. You generally have to have sense of what's wrong with your bike in the first place in order to search for it, but there are some good videos on things like derailleur adjustments.
