    Hi Possegal, can I still get in?

    My weight last Friday was 150lbs and I would love to be 145lbs at the end of the challenge.

    I hope it is not to late to join. I would really like to join this challenge.
    I am struggling with my weight, and would really like to lose the weight and keep it off.

    My weight today (7/14) = 161
    My goal weight = 150

    How does the challenge work? Do we weigh in on a specific day?

    We mostly weigh in each Friday. Some folks prefer Saturday or Sunday or even Monday, due to their own schedules and weighing in for other things, or in my case, due to forgetting. So weigh in on Friday if that works, or whatever day close to it that works better for you.

    a step in the wrong direction for me this week. 205.2 this morning. struggling to get back into a good training routine, but I'm running out of excuses so I'll get there by next week.
