Didn't go too badly but I'm afraid I've lost a lot of ground. And I still have to "take it easy on the biking" for another 4 weeks or so. Sigh. Still, I'm glad to be riding again. DH and I took a short loop around Canyon Lake this evening.

I had laser surgery on both legs (ablation of the great saphenous vein).
They also did work on some of the peripheral veins. I had some veins stripped when I was in my 20s. I think this is largely cleaning up some of the mess that doctor (and I use the term loosely) left back then.

wow! Sounds pretty painful, and since you kinda need legs on the bike- I'm sure it'll take a little while to heal. I hope you heal quickly.![]()
