never had alligator andouille though - I tend to use TJ's chicken andouille, sacrilege I'm sure, but I like it.

I finally actually cooked something other than baked chicken and steamed veggies
For some reason I was hungry for soup - so I made some some of my never-the-same-twice refrigerator soup! This batch happened to have
Rainbow Chard, onion, cannellini beans, fire-roasted tomatoes, chicken, rice, and lots of spices
Yummy For dessert I had fresh Bing cherries
Even better, I made enough that I don't have to cook for awhile!

We smoked and grilled a pork shoulder. Yesterday I made BBQ sauce for it. The first step is turning 2 liters of root beer into a cup of syrup.
Pretty tasty stuff though.
