I've completely lost focus! Ack! I haven't even gotten on the scale, nor do I desire to. I'm taking a break for the rest of the challenge. But I'm coming back strong for the July/August Edition.

I am a total slacker, and I completely dropped out this time. I just can't focus on my weight and ironman train. I am trying to keep my eating clean and focused on my upcoming race and training. After the ironman, I am going to refocus on bringing down my overall weight. Good luck everyone!
Slow and steady (like a train!)

Weighing in a little early as I'm about to head off on holiday (long week-end in Prague). 205.2 this morning. And I've had a look at my stats logged on BeginnerTriathlete for the first 6 months of the year. I've lost over 12 pounds so far this year and I've lost 4cm off my waist! I haven't reached my goal yet, but I'm definitely getting closer little by little. Sign me up again for the next challenge. I'll try to keep this triathlon training up for another 6 months.

My weight loss has slowed to a pace that can only be described as that of a turtle with arthritis, but I am not giving up Perhaps I should pay more attention to the fit of my clothes than the scale, I don't know.

Regardless, I am in for the July/August challenge!

Oh - Prague, one of my favorite places!! FUN.

No worries folks. This chart is there to help you all. If you need to take a break from it, then that's what you need to do. We'll be here waiting for the next 8 weeks.
