I finally broke through the 157 barrier!!! 156.3 for me this week.
I won't make my goal (unless I'm willing to chop off half my arm), but I'm totally ok with it. If I can break into the 155's before the end of this challenge, I'll consider it a whopping success.![]()

I am 137 again this week...I am oh so close to my goal...
138.2 this week - that is the wrong direction and I am so close to my goal! However, I am cycling a LOT more than I was & my trainer has been really increasing my strength training in both weight and intensity. My diet hasn't changed so can only assume I am gaining muscle...
Still frustrating though.
