Goal for 2006: Newbie
~ Ride atleast once a week for a minimum of 15 miles or 1 hour and a half.
~ Ride a half-Century: Cinderella
~ work out 3X's a week at the university gym
~ with all this to say, flabby butt and legs will be firmer, endurance stronger and the love of riding without looking at the time or the miles will just be wonderful!!
