welcome back Sandra. I like having a bike computer because I can challenge myself better. I tend to just mosey along - one look at the bike computer and I'm going 2-3 mph faster!

Thanks for the kind words.
Yes, I like having a bike computer because I like to have a goal. I'm trying to go a little faster, a little further and increase my time too so having some type of measurement helps.
When I'm knocking about on my mixte is the time for not worrying about speed or distance.
(of course I'm also one of those that can't throw away my scales and I weigh every day too.
)
