Welcome Back! I had wondered how you were

The Garmin Oregon series is compatible with a HR monitor, IIRC.

I have the 310XT (a watch). It comes with a HR monitor, and will pair with a speed/cadence sensor. You can download your data and see maps/elevation/etc. The only drawbacks are: 1) no onboard mapping and 2) no barometric altimeter. Look at the Edge 705 if you want those. The Edge 500 is a bike only computer from Garmin - HR Monitor, Barometric altimeter, temp sensor, but only very basic mapping (bread crumb trail).

The Forerunner 305 is compatible with a HR monitor and cadence speed sensor and can be had for a bit less than the 310XT (but it has the same drawbacks, and it's not as waterproof - I also didn't like it on my arm).

ETA: lots of really good reviews at dcrainmaker.com (no connection, other than sinking a LOT of time into reading his blog).
