Since I didn't ride this weekend ( http://www.ohpv.org/HPC/index.html ), I helped out with race organization and ate the red vines meant for the racers. Oops, but hopefully it'll come off again OK.

Woohoo...movement! (and some new numbers, too!): 157.9 for me this week.
I'm also now tracking my body fat and my measurements and I lost just shy of 2 lbs of body fat and ZERO lean body mass since last Wednesday, so I'm very pleased. My goals are to lose the fat, keep the muscle...what the scale says is only secondary.
Today I am wearing a pair of jeans that I haven't been able to wear in two years. It's actually a VERY good thing since I managed to drip white paint on my only other pair of 'nice' work-appropriate jeans! What timing I have, huh?![]()
