This whole "distribution" thing has been just crazy. We just got back from a week in San Diego - we were hoping to escape winter for a few days. Turned out it was as warm - or warmer - back home the whole time. Our bikes are practically in moth balls this time of year. Really odd for us.

Don't mean to rub it in for all of you out there in CA. Be safe in those bad areas.

Just drove back in heavy rain from the Wine Country tonight. Several cars on the hightway are missing their front ends but they all seemed to be one vehicle accidents which suggests that folks don't understand the cause and effect issues with speed and hydroplaning. At least, the people all seemed to be OK. The highway patrol were out trying to slow drivers down, but of course, the minute the patrol exited speeds went back up and drivers were weaving in and out from the right hand lanes. Stooopiiid!
