I have the 2009 Fuji 2.0 (blue). I've put over 3000 miles on her since last August, up to about 65 in one day. The bike was good value for the money- although not super light. I don't know what the difference is between the 2.0 and the 1.0 however.

The Fuji Finest 1.0 is a good value, especially for the price that they're currently selling it at. If you like it and it fits, go for it.
I have the 2009 Fuji Finest 1.0, and I think it's a great bike, although I haven't ridden the Trek. I *think* some of the parts are higher spec on the Fuji (Shimano 105 and Tiagra parts), vs. Trek (Shimano Tiagra and sora), but I might be wrong there.
As previous posters have said, if it were me I would go out and ride the Trek, and see which feels more comfortable. The Fuji is a great fit for me, but maybe that's just compared to my old men's road bike! The longest ride I've taken my Fuji on was 52 miles, but I've only had it four weeks. It was just as comfortable as the end of 52 miles as it was at the start, no pain, just right for me, I really love it!
