15 miles this morning. This was on my training plan for yesterday, but I was still feeling fatigued from my 600K on the weekend so I pushed it off a day.

I was holding 10 minute miles through 9 miles or so, slowed down for the next 3, and was reduced to run/walking miles 13,14 & 15. All in all, it took me about 15 minutes longer to run this route today than it did 2 weeks ago.

I was pretty much over being sore from the weekend's ride, and now I'm walking funny all over again!
