Lph--how odd! Maybe it's the result of your virus?

The first time I caught the Flu Light my knee AND hip joints ached. Weird.

    Thanks ladies!

I haven't done any exercise off the bike, that stomach bug made walking up the stairs feel like a workout! So I'm not surprised I have twinges and pains and am stiff, but I've always been able to stretch them away, now stretching just makes it hurt like h*ll.

Maybe it is the flu making a small ache feel a lot worse. I've taken some painkillers and hope to get some sleep. Back on bike tomorrow, crossing fingers :-X
