Please count me in as well, starting at 134, with a goal of 125. Thanks for this, I need some motivation!

Didn't do too badly last time so I'm up for another go. Didn't quite reach my goal last time, but got closer. Weighed in at 209.6 this morning, and have lost 2cm around chest, arm and waist since the start of the year Goal for the challenge this time is to get below 200.

I'm at 226 today (*after* 3 days of stomach flu) with a goal weight of 210.

Starting weight is up to 161.1 this week. I've had a difficult week and the scale is reflecting it.

My goal weight remains the same for the challenge since I don't think this bump up is real anyway. It will somewhat bloat my % for the next time around but there isn't much I can do about it.

    147lbs today.

Possegal, let me know if you want me to help you with the spread sheet. I think I know a way how to set all the fields so they would color themselves automatically if the goal weight is achieved

    Thanks,

Possegal - thank you so much for doing this and your work on keeping the sheets current. It is greatly appreciated and a nice incentive.

I think I have us updated for today. I've not been able to get on at work most days lately, but I am on in the evenings to update, so no worries. Glad to do it and glad it is of help to folks!!

And yeah, Martina, I'm pretty sure you had it set to change colors automatically the first iteration, but that got lost in my many many copies. I don't mind manually doing them, but if you want to play with it I can give you access. No need to though, up to you! Thanks for the offer! I meant to try and figure out how you did that and what I messed up, but I never got around to it.

This should be the link for folks, let me know if it doesn't work.
