Scary road rage incident

A taxi driver first knocked a delivery biker off his bike, then apparently ran over the bike on purpose. I hope something will be done -- thank goodness for alert witnesses.
On the bright side, today's edition of this neighborhood publication included a letter to the editor offering the delivery guy a replacement bike.
I don't think this kind of road rage is common in Manhattan. Drivers yell a lot, but as Bike Snob points out, if they are yelling at you they see you. And I don't think that cab drivers are, in general, bad guys or bad drivers.
