I have a bicycle pump filled air horn for the bike. It can do 120db. The air bottle sits in a bottle cage and the horn and button on your handlebars.
Get you own back!

The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. Scared the crap out of me! Having a horn of my own would have been useless - They were right beside me when they did it and long gone by the time I could have reacted.
Mine was a pick-up truck to - funny how that brings out the jokers!
