It seems we are always chronically short in Utah. If you can live with the culture and bad winter air quality (in the Salt Lake, Cache, and Utah valleys at least), the University of Utah healthcare (which includes the hospital that rebuilt my back!) seems to have a lot of need, esp in peds. We also have a Shriner's hospital and regional children's hospital (Intermountain Healthcare).

Thanks for the info. I probably should have mentioned that ACNPs only treat adults (so peds isn't a possibility). As far as the culture and bad winter air quality, can you elaborate a bit on this?
