So I went and checked the small section and found a shortsleeve Cannondale jersey that's a cute green pattern for $12.99. No shorts in my size though.

It does! Must not have been a popular color to end up at a discount store.

I recently bought a pair of Pearl Izumi cycling shorts for 50% off at a LL Bean outlet in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Also picked up a reflective cycling vest for $4.

I was the Japanese dollar store Daiso (well most things are $2) in Seattle and bought a waterproof nylon cover for my bike basket. They also had metal baskets for sale (they were more but less than $10), reflective bands, puncture repair kits, drink holders, waterproof hand protectors that fit on the handlebars and even an umbrella holder to attach to your bike!
