I've had Red Bicyclette before and thought it rather tasty. But I like Syrah.
I don't exactly call trying to pass off merlot and syrah as pinot noir "contaminated", just shady.

Loved the image. Loved the thought. And a very nice wine, as well.
Wow! There is some very attractive artwork on some of those.
This was a little theme for our Livestrong weekend last year.![]()

Is Red Bicyclette still being imported?
How is that Cycles Gladiator? I was pondering that recently but opted for a lower price point

Red Bicyclette is one of my favorites. I'm a sucker for a Syrah.
I do believe yes to the red bicyclette. I bought the bottle in my picture last summer, though the label had changed from the previous time I had bought any. I wasn't really a fan of the Cycles Gladiator wine, not that I'm any expert on wine. I too bought the Cono Sur just because of the bike, to later find out it was the best selling Pinot Noir at my local wine store. I really liked it. I also liked the Syrocco, which I learned came out of a vinter who had taken a biking trip in Morrocco, came upon some grape growers, and ended up working with them to develop this Syrah. I just really liked the story.![]()
