    good and bad

good news is the collar bone is healing and I can use my arm some. Bad news, I am hospitalized with deep vein thrombosis and taking anti coagulants...
all very annoying...but I guess I can't do much about it, thus the name "complication". I thought being in such good shape would make it all heal very quickly.
thanks again for all the lovely energy you are sending.

Hope you do heal properly, tribogota. It sounds quite difficult for you!

Ugh. Sorry about the clot - but glad they caught it before it caused serious damage. Hang in there!

Hey, tribogota, maillotpois went through DVT a few years ago---she might have some words of advice/support if you PM her. Hang in, kiddo. It'll get better.

I don't normally check this section, so I just saw this thread. I'm terribly sorry about your crash! It must be disappointing to have put in all the work to be ready for your event, only to have it taken away by another person's actions. Glad they noticed the DVT early and are managing it. I'd go out of my mind just sitting around for a month straight, try to keep your spirits high! xx

DVT now, too? Wow! But like others said- at least they caught that early instead of it traveling to places it shouldn't go...

Sending more healthy, healing, happy vibes your way. Get well soon!!
