Ow.
I threw out my back on the abs machine this morning at the gym after my ride in (don't ask me how...I have NO idea!).
I have a call in to my chiro. Meanwhile, I'll wash down lots of ibuprofen with my morning joe.

Lately, on days when I ride up to work, Brewer has been riding with me and then he goes on for a bit longer ride. Today, I rode the longer circuit with him and I'm looking forward to stretching my commute out a little on nice days when I am not late.
