New Surly Pics (new tape and bars)

LHT is finally home and sporting beautiful new bar tape, and my test ride at the LBS felt MUCH better. Kind of matters to have the right size levers and bars

So here are new pictures - he still hasn't told me his name yet...

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Just send that eyesore to me for disposal. I won't even charge for the service LOL .

Stunning. Glad you got that all sorted out! Many happy miles.

I would call it 'Sapphire'. (Yea, I know, not too original but I'm not one for creativity. I call my Ruby 'Ruby' and my Safire 'Safire' and my Anthem 'Anthem'. *Sigh*.)

Love him!! He looks very snazzy!!

My forum name is one of my bikes - she told me her name the day I rode her home. I don't ride her as much as others now, but I still love her, and thank her for re-giving me a love of biking!

Thanks for the generous offer...but I think that I can make myself keep this eyesore, though it will be quite difficult. Character building

I had already thought about Sapphire, for obvious reasons, so it is between Sully and Sapphire. Both work with Stella, but am leaning in the direction of 'Sully', a name that another TE member put in my head

Interestingly enough my cats were always named for gemstones - except for Sir Tigger the Intrepid - hilarious story behind his name
