Hello again! I chose my handle from long ago. I just like the multiple images it suggests --a flower, a real star going by.

Instead, what I've been compelled to change is my email address which doesn't feature my whole real name. But for professional purposes it might look better if I did.

But too much of a hassle and no way, I want to deal with 2 different personal email addresses.

That's okay. I don't live in "Indy" anymore and my main ride is titanium. Go figure. I guess I could change it, but I like "Indy" as a nickname (for "independent").
Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Continue to learn. Appreciate your friends. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is.

    I have a confession...
I am a mom but I don't know how to fly. I don't even have wings.
Phew...glad I got that off my back.

    I like your new name.

People actually fly by me when they ride. Intentional deception on my part. Carry on.

PS~ Flyby was my 1st choice when I wanted a name and it was taken so I added the "e" ~ I might be slow but illiterate I am not

when forums started popping up, I came up with a handle that had a dimunitive form of my middle name, because like you I didn't want it identifying my real name but still kind of personal enough.

nowadays you don't really want "personal" anything online...

I chose "badger" because I was looking at a tin of badger balm when I was signing up

Naming things is always hard for me. So I wasn't creative, and still wish I could come up with something better.
