Do I have a tip for you, but it doesn't include the use of any certain cream. The absolute best foot-callous treatment ever is the "Diamancel Genuine Diamond Foot Buffer — #11 Extra-Strength: A diamond-encrusted file for maintaining the smoothness of very active feet." It's pricey, but it's money very well spent, and it will last forever!

I use Derma E Hyaluronic Acid serum day and night. I use pure shea butter or jojoba for my skin elsewhere. If my face wasn't so prone to acne I'd be using shea or jojoba, too (I know they're both "non-clogging", but I still get surface bumps if I use the oils).

I've also been a fan of the various Badger Balms, pricey but they're good.

I've switched to organic products that don't contain parabens or sulphates or phthalates or petroleum products.

I currently use Kiss My Face products for my face, and Burt's Bees for my skin. Good for your skin and not tested on animals.

I also use Dr. Bronner's soaps. USDA certified organic, vegan and not tested on animals. They are also a Fair trade company. http://www.drbronner.com/DBMS/LS.htm

I use Clinique, too, but not the regular kind. The one for aging skin, etc. I use the daily moisturizer, night cream, and under eye cream. I like it because I only have to buy it twice a year and I think it has helped my skin.
I use Paula Dorf cosmetics, but I haven't tried any different skin care products in ages. I have been using Cetaphil to wash my face for 25 years. Cheap and it works.

I also use the Clinique 3-step face cleaner. I use the liquid soap (so much nicer than the bar soap). A couple of times a week I'll use their 7-day scrub cream. I also use their makeup, but I don't wear too much (usually just mascara for work, sometimes eyeshadow if I'm feeling ambitious).

Lava and opossum fat for face and feet.

It was good enough for my Granny and it's good enough for me.
