I've been avoiding the computer over the bank holiday week-end, but did weigh in at 210.6 this week. Making progress again.

149 lbs - Let's hope that the victory over the 'ugly' number 150 is not short lived.

    Thanks for the chart,

158 this morning. But, since I dipped up to 160 last week, I'll take it.

227 today... Not happy about it, but this is AF's week to rear her ugly head. I'm also completely stressing about the big move to Chicago next week! I have a job but DH doesn't yet. I'm confident he will find one soon, but it's still stressful

I completely fell off the bandwagon this week. Last time I weighed myself (on Wednesday) I was still down for some miraculous reason.

There were untold number of cupcakes and ice cream consumed

My goal today and this week is to get back to my healthy eating habits.
Will report next week on my weight

My weight is stubbornly sticking at 144 (it swings .5 pounds either direction)... my trainer thinks that will change as the weather and work schedule allows me to ride more.

My legs ARE looking much better though, and they are getting bigger because of those things under the skin of my calves, whatchamacallit - muscles. Yeah, that's it - I've never had them so visible in my life - which is why I can't remember what they are called - so perhaps it really is due to all of the work

I'm back after an off week of being out of town and then out of town again for Easter. I worked really hard to stay on track while traveling, but the family and Easter weekend coming right on the tail of it knocked me so far out of my routine. Also, stupid campus gym (and my great spin class) shut down for spring break.

On the plus side, I did get in an amazing 50 mile ride last weekend along a gorgeous stretch of coast. I think I'll be dreaming about that ride for awhile. I like knowing that even though I may fluctuate in weight, my strength and riding ability are continually improving.

Anyway, I didn't weigh last week, but today am 164.4. Up two pounds from two weeks ago. Boo.
