The speed and cadence are the same computer piece, so you get your speed from your rear wheel(great! you can still get all data while riding the trainer)
Sorry for the hijack...what kind of strap comes with the V3? Am trying to decide what to do for my new bike...

I use Cateye also. It has speed, cadence, distance. Mine is not wireless but I know they have it wireless. Easy to use too.

My thing with bling is not to do to much. I like to say my Madone has pink accents but I am surprised when someone makes a comment about my pink bike.

I did my did my bars and put bright pink bottle cages on the bike and that is it!

I could have gotten my saddle in pink but I didnt and I didnt see the cateye computer in pink until after I already had been riding with my trek computer for a while.

When I get my bars re-done I think I am going to do them in silver and get pink hoods. Then I will get the pink Cateye! LOL

So my advice is to not do too much!

Wow lucky you, you guys get the loaner program. Here down under we don't have anything like that. The only thing I don't like the saddle is the price Fortunately I picked it up on Ebay for relatively cheaper price.

Apart from that, it looks awesome and is extremely comfortable, but you should definitely read a few threads regarding sit bone measurements before deciding which model of the SMP you want to go for since the saddle 'cradles' your sitbones. If it ain't the right size, it's going to hurt. http://forums.teamestrogen.com/showthread.php?t=36824 see here.

It definitely needs a 'getting used to' period but after 3 rides on it, I already feel much better and it definitely tops my list of most comfortable saddles I've ridden so far. It completely avoids my soft tissue and that I'm eternally grateful for!

X2!!! I'm looking at the V3, also...and was wondering about the HRM strap. Is it comfortable? I really don't like the straps on the Polar HRM's...I find them to be bulky and cumbersome...especially under a sportsbra.

I've sure never seen them on a bicycle, but I LOVE the idea! May have to get some for my commuter.
