Hi ladies,

Malaysia is divided into two regions, east and west malaysia. west malaysia is the malayan peninsula, with the capital Kuala Lumpur, and thet's the one I've been to, coz we're linked by a causeway. Eastern Malaysia, is a large island, comprised of two states, Sabah and Sarawak, and I've never had a chance to go. My sister has, and a really good thing to do there is climb Mount Kinabalu. As for the weather, out here mostly it is hot and humid year round. However, you might wanna avoid the rainy season/monsoon season. Also school holiday season out here gets pretty busy. That is the months of June and December. I'm not sure exactly, but for Sabah, it seems like November to March is a good time with drier weather than the rest of Malaysia.

some excellent information here. http://travelmalaysiaguide.com/malay...ather-climate/

rain here.. can be a constant drizzle.... or a massive downpour like we got this afternoon... locals don't really pay attention to the seasons here, coz it doesn't really change much. But I guess it will be good to avoid too much rain.

hope this helps!
