2nd run of the week (and since the marathon)! So I leisurely got out of bed, had my coffee, chilled a while then set out for the 5 mile loop. It is a bit more like 5.3 or so, but did not run w/ Garmin...just timex. Felt good most of run, a bit sluggish, heavy feet last mile or so. Goal was simple...do it under 1 hour. And I did...59 min and some off seconds. Just getting back to the "joy" of running. Tomorrow is "joy of biking"--maybe I'll be able to catch the Easter Bunny a bit easier on the bike!
