Yes, you'll probably be tired. Stay hydrated. Eat a healthy meal during the break, but nothing overly heavy.

If the worst that happens is that you call for a ride, then go for it. I'm envious. My body is balking at being on the bike again, in part because the bike fit issues that plagued me last year are plagueing me again. So, while I should be more than capable of doing a ride like you have planned, I'm not sure I could right now.
