Martinkap- great to hear you are doing well! Let me know how your OGTT turns out (you can PM me if you want).

Congrats to everyone! Since I have now been on maintenance for 3 years, I don't participate in these challenges. But I follow them because even to maintain a healthy weight takes thought and planning. I realized one thing that has helped me the most is my rule to never buy clothes cuz mine are feeling tight, but to just cut alcohol and snacks (especially after dinner snacking) until they are loose again.

167.0 I don't know why I can't lose weight. I suspect it is because I am eating too much, which is a lot less than I ate a year ago but adjustments must be made.

Up to 170.5 for pete's sake. Hopefully I'm just bloated - it can't be real weight. I certainly haven't eaten enough to be up 2 lbs since last friday, no way.

226.5 this morning. Only down 1 lb this week and that's shocking to me since I've eaten like crap this week. I will take it. Any loss is a good loss.

Happily off the little plateau this month- 113.6 - getting closer and closer to my permanent goal of 110.

Hang in there Catrin- you might be starting to build some muscle now, too with all that riding you've been enjoying

Stay focused on your goal- aren't we all working on this to feel better - hope everyone has a good week.

limewave - love the new avatar!

    Drum roll please.....165.8.

Yes, you read that correctly. It's amazing the progress one can make when they stop kidding themselves about what they are putting into their mouth.
