IS anyone on the forum riding RAIN in July?

I have rode it a couple of times in the past, but am pondering on whether to make the trip from Maine. Have to admit, I LOVE this ride!!

    You betcha!

This will be my fourth one -- plan to tack on an extra 40 miles at the end to get in a double century in honor of my 50th birthday this summer.

    Can't wait!

    Rain

A number of members of my bike club, Toledo Area Bicyclists, will be riding RAIN this year. Many have ridden it in the past, many more will be doing it for the first time. We'll have more on our web site later this spring / early summer.

Sounds great, keep me posted ladies. Perhaps we can meet up if I make it out there

It would be great to go back out. I coached at Earlham until 2000 and graduated from ISU. It would also be nice to catch up some of my Hoosier friends

Highly likely for me. FUnny, with both of those schools, you have both sides of the ride covered!

Yes, you're right about both ends of the ride I lived in Indiana for 13 years, so have always felt as though it is my second home. People are wonderful and I enjoyed riding year round while there... unlike here HA!

Hope your spring weather is great and that you enjoy many happy and safe miles!

Yeup! I will be there, this will be my last RAIN for a while as I'm moving shortly afterwards. Always a fun ride!

Something that's on my list to do. Would be my first time. We'll see how things go in the meantime.
