I think there is clear improvement!
Now I will post my weight....159.4. Not happy or sure why that is. I am going to see my nutritionist today, so I guess she can help me figure out where those 4 pounds came from. I am predicting that it is because of my period + a tapering week before the race + a recover week after the race. I hope it is water weight anyway....sure feels like a lot of water!!!
Thank you for letting me post my good with my bad. It helps me be a little less obsessive about the bad!

I feel like I'm not eating anything but as I am not doing anything other than walking, I guess that's OK. I see my neurologist in 2 weeks maybe then I can start some PT.

right at 5'8". That means that I can weigh more, but that no one notices if I loose weight! On the flip side of that, I have been at 155 for a month or so now, and I randomly went up to 159 in the past two weeks, but no one but me notices that either. It spreads out a little more.
